Brief Introduction of Purification Workshop of Our Company
The design of our company's clean room purification workshop is very important to ensure the quality of drug production. In order to minimize the pollution and cross-contamination of drugs, create a controlled environment for drug production to meet the requirements of its production process, and make it produce qualified drugs to ensure people's health and life safety.
The GMP stipulates that the production environment parameters in the clean workshop of pharmaceutical production are as follows: temperature, relative humidity and pressure difference are determined by the production process. The general temperature is 18 ~24 C, and the relative humidity is 45%~65%. It is specified in the Implementation Guidelines of "Quality Management Standards for Pharmaceutical Production" (GMP). That is to say, the temperature and relative humidity in the clean workshop of pharmaceutical production are based on the fact that the operators wearing clean work clothes do not produce discomfort and discomfort.
